For larger renovations or projects requiring extensive coordination, full project management is available as a separate service. Protecting and preserving your investment is a core priority.

Vendor invoices are sent directly to you for payment, keeping you in full control of your investment expenses. For smaller charges, we can pay the vendor on your behalf and deduct the cost from your next month's rent—whichever works best for you.
