Our vendors are thoroughly vetted, trustworthy, and fast to respond. We refuse referral kickbacks and respect owners' choice of preferred handymen. When in-person coordination is needed to confirm scope or verify quality, we meet contractors at the property; for routine work, our vetted vendors handle the job without unnecessary micromanagement. We manage tenant communication and contractor scheduling, while keeping you informed of meaningful updates. For larger renovations or projects requiring extensive coordination, full project management is available as a separate service. Protecting and preserving your investment is a core priority.

Vendor invoices are sent directly to you for payment, keeping you in full control of your investment expenses. For smaller charges, we can pay the vendor on your behalf and deduct the cost from your next month's rent—whichever works best for you.

Cancel Anytime, No Penalties. We earn your business every month. If KHC Property Management isn't the right fit for you, you can cancel your management agreement with 30 days written notice. No termination fees, no penalties.

No Fees When Your Tenant Stays. When your existing tenant renews their lease, no procurement fee applies. Your monthly management fee continues as usual — nothing extra is charged for the renewal itself.
