How It Works
KHC Property Management offers three types of referrals:
- Management Referral — Paid when an agent refers a property owner who signs an agreement for full property management services with KHCPM.
- Tenant Procurement Referral — Paid when an agent refers an owner who hires KHCPM for Tenant Procurement-only services (tenant placement without ongoing management).
- Tenant Referral — Paid when an agent refers a prospective tenant who is approved by the owner, signs a lease, and moves in. Procuring cause must be documented through ShowingTime or equivalent showing records.

Do I earn a referral fee?
Yes. KHCPM offers competitive referral fees on management referrals, tenant procurement referrals, and tenant referrals. Specific fee amounts are provided directly to referring agents. -
How does this benefit my client?
Your client gets professional property management with no hidden fees, no required vendor markups, and direct, hands-on service. KHC Property Management was founded by an active real estate investor who built the company he wished he had as an owner. -
What's required to receive a referral fee?
Referral fees are paid to licensed real estate agents in good standing. A written referral agreement between the referring broker and KHCPM must be in place, in compliance with NCREC and SCREC rules. Referrals must be initiated and documented before the referred party has independent contact with KHCPM. Fees are paid after the relevant agreement is signed and funds have been received.
