Our Monthly Management Fee Comes from Your Rent. You never write KHC Property Management a check out of pocket for our monthly management fee. Our fee is deducted from the rent we collect on your behalf. When you get paid, we get paid.

No Fees When Your Tenant Stays. When your existing tenant renews their lease, no procurement fee applies. Your monthly management fee continues as usual — nothing extra is charged for the renewal itself.
